1. Parties
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between RideAntalya VIP (hereinafter the "Company") and the person using the website and services (hereinafter the "Customer").
2. Scope of Services
- Airport Transfer: Private vehicle transfer between Antalya Airport and hotels, accommodation facilities and designated locations.
- Hotel Booking: Accommodation reservation intermediary service at partner hotels.
- Tour Services: Day trip and multi-day guided tour organisation.
- Package Services: Hotel + transfer combination packages.
3. Booking and Confirmation
- Bookings can be made via the website, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- A booking is confirmed once the Company sends a confirmation message (email, WhatsApp or SMS).
- The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of information provided during booking (flight number, date, time, number of passengers, contact details).
- The Company cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Transfer prices are per vehicle, not per person (unless stated otherwise).
- Quoted prices include motorway tolls, fuel and parking.
- Hotel and tour prices are quoted per person or per room as indicated.
- Prices are set in Euro (€). If payment is made in another currency, the current exchange rate applies.
- Payment methods: Cash (in vehicle), credit/debit card (online via iyzico) or bank transfer.
- Credit card details are not stored by the Company; payments are processed through iyzico secure payment infrastructure.
5. Transfer Service Conditions
- For airport pick-ups, the driver waits at the terminal exit with a name board.
- The Company tracks the Customer's flight and automatically adjusts pick-up time for flight delays. No additional charge is made for delays caused by flights.
- If the Customer is more than 15 minutes late beyond the scheduled pick-up time, the Company reserves the right to charge a waiting fee.
- Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited.
6. Hotel Booking Conditions
- The Company acts as an intermediary for hotel reservations. Accommodation is provided by the hotel itself.
- Information about room types, board types and hotel facilities is based on data received from the hotel. The Company is not responsible for changes made by the hotel.
7. Tour Conditions
- Tour programmes may be altered due to weather, road conditions or force majeure.
- Tours that do not reach minimum participant numbers may be cancelled or rescheduled. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
- Personal expenses during tours (meals, entrance fees etc.) are not included in the tour price unless stated otherwise.
8. Cancellation and Refund

9. Liability
- The Company takes the utmost care to provide safe and comfortable service.
- The Company cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, weather conditions, traffic accidents etc.).
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to locate personal belongings left in vehicles but does not accept liability for loss or damage.
10. Disputes
Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorised for disputes arising from these terms. Consumer rights are reserved.
11. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms without prior notice. The current text is always published on our website.
