1. Transfer Cancellation

2. Hotel Booking Cancellation

  • Hotel cancellation terms are subject to the individual hotel's own cancellation policy.
  • As a general rule, cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within the final 7 days may result in partial or no refund depending on hotel policy.
  • Different cancellation terms may apply during holidays and special periods. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Tour Cancellation

4. Cancellation by the Company

  • The Company may cancel a service due to weather conditions, safety concerns or force majeure. In such cases, the customer receives a 100% refund or is offered a suitable alternative date/service.
  • Tours that do not reach minimum participant numbers may be cancelled. A full refund will be issued.

5. Modification Requests

  • Date, time or route changes are applied free of charge if requested at least 12 hours before the service (subject to availability).
  • Vehicle upgrade requests can be accommodated upon payment of the price difference.

6. Refund Method

  • Credit card payments are refunded to the same card. Processing time varies between 5–14 business days depending on your bank.
  • Cash or bank transfer payments are refunded to the bank account specified by the customer.

The effective time of cancellation is the moment the request is received by the Company.
